Service operator
LUKAS Edutainment operates the IDOL DAY Studio booking and merchant service. Contact: jjm3331@naver.com. Effective September 26, 2026.
Bookings and payments
Review the service, visit time, party size, price, deposit and cancellation terms shown during booking and checkout. Rely on the confirmed booking status: a calendar event or AI response alone does not establish payment or confirmation. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the applicable booking and studio terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Accounts and merchants
Provide accurate information and use your own account. Merchant access requires approval and studio assignment. Do not access another customer or studio without permission or interfere with the service. Applying for merchant access alone does not trigger a monthly charge before pricing and a separate payment agreement are established.
Calendar and AI assistance
Calendar connection uses the Google account you choose. Sync can be delayed or fail; check IDOL DAY for the authoritative booking status. Editing a Google event does not change a booking. AI assistance can be inaccurate; verify important booking, payment and refund details with the booking screen and responsible studio.
Disconnection and contact
You may disconnect calendar sync at any time. Contact the email above for account or service requests. Updates and their effective date will be posted on this page.
