Operator and contact

IDOL DAY Studio is operated by LUKAS Edutainment. Contact jjm3331@naver.com about privacy, accounts or calendar connections. Effective September 26, 2026.

Information and purposes

We process account identifiers, email and the name or profile supplied during sign-in. Booking details include your submitted name, email, country, language, time zone, service, visit time, party size, payment status and support conversations. These support reservations and customer service. Merchant application details and contact information support application review and studio operations.

Optional Google Calendar connection

Calendar consent is separate from service sign-in. We store the consenting Google account identifier and email, and the IDOL DAY calendar identifier. We request calendar.app.created to manage secondary calendars created by this app, rather than access to all of your existing personal calendars. We send the booking code, time, location and party size for your own bookings, or bookings at studios assigned to an approved merchant. Changes and cancellations sync periodically. Editing an event in Google does not change the original booking.

Credentials, retention and disconnection

To sync while the app is closed, a Google refresh credential is held in an encrypted server-side store and is not returned to the browser. Disconnect in My bookings or the merchant page to delete the stored refresh credential and stop future sync. Existing events remain in Google Calendar and can be deleted there. You can also revoke access in your Google account connected-app settings.

Service providers and sharing

Lovable Cloud processes service accounts, reservations and conversations. Inputs to Nuri AI and audio used for voice conversations may be sent to Google Gemini. The separate Korean listen-and-repeat recording stays on your current device for playback. Payment information is processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. The responsible studio receives information needed to fulfil your booking. Information received from Google Calendar is not sent for AI model training or advertising.

Retention and your requests

Account, booking and conversation records are processed while needed for service delivery, dispute handling and applicable retention obligations. Contact the email above to request account deletion, access, correction or deletion of information. We verify identity and applicable retention requirements and explain any records that must be retained. Browser storage supports sign-in, language and theme preferences.

Limited Use

IDOL DAY complies with the Limited Use requirements in the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy when using or transferring Google API data. Google Calendar data is not sold or used for advertising, credit decisions or training general AI models.
